Hope all is going well with you. I just wanted to let you know that I LOVE my new Bryant system and the Guardian Air cell. Comparing Aug and Sept 2010′s electric bill to Aug and Sept 2011, I reaped a savings of $165.00 and $181.00! Wow! This system will pay for itself in a few years. I have also noticed far less mildew in my showers thanks to the Guardian air. Thank you for steering me in the right direction in choosing a new system. You are the BEST!
We recently had our 15 year old system replaced by a new Trane system. E.C. Waters installers did a fantastic job. They were clean and quick and very professional. We hardly knew they were here. The Trane equipment is pretty neat, as well. It is so quiet we have to go to the return to hear if it is running.
I had a feeling that the comfort consultant was going to take care of us and make sure everything went well. He didn’t disappoint. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the E.C. Waters crew to anyone contemplatng new air conditioning.

This is a very large purchase and I wanted to make sure I made the right decision, so I had went online and started to learn as much as I could about A/C units out there. You understood that I needed to check out others units and you were never pushy or tried to rush me into signing a contract. You answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. A few months ago, I moved into a house that had two old AC/heating units that did not function properly, inadequate ductwork, and only a few returns. As a result, the air flow was poor and the temperature inside the house was very hot, especially in the theater room upstairs. Recently E.C. Waters installed two new Trane AC/heating units in my house, added returns in all of the bedrooms, and reconfigured the ductwork. Now the air flow is superior and the temperature is just as comfortable upstairs as it is downstairs. It is no longer hot inside the house. I am so pleased with these new Trane units. I am also elated with the wonderful service that E.C. Waters has provided. Everyone at E.C. Waters, from the people who answer the phones to the service personnel, is terrific. I have used other air conditioning companies in the past, but none of them compares to E.C. Waters. I just can’t say enough wonderful things about this company.
I would also like to take a moment to personally thank the comfort consultant of E.C. Waters. He came by the house and explained the various types of AC/heating systems that were available. He also climbed up into the attic and figured out what was wrong with the existing ductwork. In addition, he was at the house during the installation, and he has even stopped by the house several times after the installation just to make sure that I was satisified with the new units. Now that is customer service! Their comfort consultant is unbelievably talented at his job. He is extremely knowledgable and has a wonderful sense of humor. He makes the process of buying an AC/heating unit so easy. I am delighted to have met him and he truly does a marvelous job of representing E.C. Waters.

I would like to thank you for all of your service and expert advise over the years. When I first purchased my house your staff guided me, replaced all of my ductwork and rebuilt my interior unit so that it would function better. Last summer my extremely old units needed to be replaced. The Comfort Consultant came to my house, explained my options and made recommendations based on my concerns. He made it an easier process than I expected and made sure I understood everything. I have never felt so COMFORTABLE making a significant home improvement. When your crew arrived, to replace the old units, they were extremely polite, respectful and clean. I was IMPRESSED by their work, respect for my home and making sure that everything was installed correctly and completely. Also they took the time to make sure they had completely cleaned up after themselves. I was also IMPRESSED that not only did the comfort consultant come by my house during the installation but also the owner Clark. They both wanted to make sure that I was happy and satisfied with the work as well as again making sure I understood how everything worked. Since my new Trane units were installed my electric bill has DECREASED BY ALMOST 50% and my allergies have drastically improved.

E.C.Waters was straight forward and honest with the condition of our air handeling unit.They explained what neede to be repaired, how often maintenance is needed onit and the signs that will indicate when we need a new unit. Very Honest.
I have to tell you, at this point in time, we are really pleased with our system. Our home is nice and warm, and the air handler is performing as advertised. (I”m waiting to see how it will perform during the A/C season).We received our electric bill for the 30 days, 1/15 – 2-14, and even with the Progress Energy 25% increase, the bill was $140. As cold as it was that last month, I think that is pretty good. (we keep our thermostat at 68, but move it to 70 at times). Some of our friends have had $250-$340 bills.
Keep up the good work. We are telling our friends about the great service we received from E.C. Waters. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone.
