I have to tell you, at this point in time, we are really pleased with our system. Our home is nice and warm, and the air handler is performing as advertised. (I”m waiting to see how it will perform during the A/C season).We received our electric bill for the 30 days, 1/15 – 2-14, and even with the Progress Energy 25% increase, the bill was $140. As cold as it was that last month, I think that is pretty good. (we keep our thermostat at 68, but move it to 70 at times). Some of our friends have had $250-$340 bills. Keep up the good work. We are telling our friends about the great service we received from E.C. Waters. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone.
