This is a very large purchase and I wanted to make sure I made the right decision, so I had went online and started to learn as much as I could about A/C units out there. You understood that I needed to check out others units and you were never pushy or tried to rush me into signing a contract. You answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. EC Waters price was the best price out of the 4 companies I met with. The price on my paperwork was the price I paid and not a penny more. We set the day and time for the install and 2 gentlemen showed up on time and got right to work. They were very nice and answered any questions I had. When they left there was not a mess anywhere, not in my house or yard. The neighbors all commented on how professional they were and the fact they did not leave a mess. I would highly recommend EC Waters to anyone looking ro replace there A/C unit.
